As a Senior Roundel Reporting, Insights & Analytics Analyst, you’ll tell the story of our marketing strategies in partnership with some of the world’s most recognized brands. Working holistically at both the account and brand level, you will lead analytics of digital media campaigns. As these opportunities are identified, you will manage the end-to-end reporting processes, including reviewing and being accountable for measurement plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand and adhere to various media specs across channels. As a critical thought partner internally, you will be relied upon to be a data and reporting expert supporting merchandising and marketing priorities for your assigned category. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Reporting, Insights & Analytics. About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to judge and quantify results of advertising and know how to present recommendations

  • Ability to synthesize datasets to build a compelling story
    In-depth understanding of the digital marketplace

  • Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented

  • Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated, self-starter

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Domo, Data Studio, Tableau)

  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends)

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs.  A Hybrid work arrangement means the team memberscore role will be a blend of virtual andonsite at a Target location.A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s notaTarget location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times ayear.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only:The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is($62,500)to($112,500).Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
